EOS Implementation FAQs

As an Expert EOS Implementer® based in Perth, I support entrepreneurs and leadership teams in implementing the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS) to run more effective businesses. Below, you’ll find answers to common questions about the EOS process, who it suits, and what to expect during implementation.

How long does EOS implementation take?

EOS implementation is a long-term commitment rather than a short-term project. Most leadership teams start by building foundational tools during the initial sessions and continue to strengthen their use of EOS through a consistent quarterly and annual meeting rhythm. It’s about creating lasting organisational capability and not just a temporary boost in motivation. The exact timeframe varies based on the unique needs and pace of each business.

What is the 90 Minute Meeting?

The 90 Minute Meeting is a complimentary session that provides your leadership team with a practical overview of the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS). It introduces the core EOS tools and offers a chance to evaluate whether EOS and I, as your Implementer, are the right fit for your business. This session focuses on understanding EOS better and is an opportunity for both sides to decide on the suitability of the process moving forward.

Why do you work by referral?

Much of my work has grown through referrals from Perth entrepreneurs who value honest conversations, stronger leadership teams and consistent execution. Working this way means most leadership teams come to me already knowing how I work and what EOS asks of them. If another Implementer would be a better fit for your location, business or leadership team, I am always happy to make an introduction.

Who is EOS suitable for?

EOS is most effective for privately owned businesses with leadership teams ranging from about 10 to 250 people. The businesses that benefit the most are those led by teams willing to be open, honest, and vulnerable. EOS is industry-agnostic but works well across sectors including manufacturing, mining services and technology. Companies looking to solve issues, enhance accountability, and drive consistent execution often find EOS valuable.

What does a full-day EOS session involve?

A full-day EOS session is a practical working day focused on aligning your leadership team around the most important priorities, issues, and decisions. The session includes reviewing progress, examining the company’s numbers, checking accountability, solving issues, and setting clear priorities for the next 90 days. The goal is to leave the room aligned, with clear commitments and decisions that can be acted upon immediately.

Are EOS sessions held in-person in Perth?

Yes, most of my EOS sessions with Perth-based leadership teams are held in person at my dedicated EOS Session Room, located at Level 16, 111 St Georges Terrace, Perth. This setting provides a private environment away from day-to-day interruptions, allowing the leadership team to focus fully on the business. I also work with teams in other locations when the relationship and circumstances are suitable.
