About Sam Keats

I help founders build valuable businesses that don’t depend entirely on them.

I grew up inside a family business that developed from a small electrical services company into a publicly listed engineering and project-delivery firm employing more than 500 people across Australia and New Zealand. That gave me an early, honest view of entrepreneurship: the excitement of growth, the pressure of leadership and the complexity that comes with building something meaningful.

I later built, scaled and exited businesses of my own. I experienced the recognition that came with being named EY Entrepreneur Of The Year and building an AFR BRW Fast 100 company, but I also experienced the sleepless nights, people issues, stalled growth and frustration of feeling trapped inside the business.

My biggest breakthrough came when I implemented EOS® in my own company. It gave our leadership team a clearer vision, stronger accountability and a practical way to solve issues and execute consistently.

Today, as an Expert EOS Implementer® based in Perth, I help founders and leadership teams get more of what they want from their businesses.

I’ve facilitated more than 800 full-day leadership-team sessions and supported over 80 companies across Australia and internationally. My approach is practical, direct and grounded in firsthand business experience.

What Expert EOS Implementer means in practice

EOS Worldwide recognises different levels of Implementer experience and mastery. Expert EOS Implementer® is an advanced designation earned through extensive practical experience, ongoing training and demonstrated mastery of the EOS Process®.

In practice, my role is not to run your business or tell your leadership team what to do. It is to teach, facilitate and coach your team through a proven process. The designation matters, but it should not be the only factor behind your decision. The relationship must also work for your business, leadership team and personalities.

The Perth session room

Most of my Perth sessions are held in person at my dedicated EOS Session Room at Level 16, 111 St Georges Terrace, Perth.

The room provides a private environment where leadership teams can step away from daily interruptions and focus fully on the business.

Working by referral

Much of my work has grown through referrals from Perth entrepreneurs. Working this way means most leadership teams come to me already knowing how I work and what EOS asks of them.
