I grew up inside a family business that developed from a small electrical services company into a publicly listed engineering and project-delivery firm employing more than 500 people across Australia and New Zealand. That gave me an early, honest view of entrepreneurship—the excitement of growth, the pressure of leadership and the complexity that comes with building something meaningful.

I later built, scaled and exited businesses of my own. I experienced the recognition that came with being named EY Entrepreneur Of The Year and building an AFR BRW Fast 100 company, but I also experienced the sleepless nights, people issues, stalled growth and frustration of feeling trapped inside the business.

My biggest breakthrough came when I implemented EOS® in my own company. It gave our leadership team a clearer vision, stronger accountability and a practical way to solve issues and execute consistently.

Today, as an Expert EOS Implementer® based in Perth, I help founders and leadership teams get more of what they want from their businesses.

I’ve facilitated more than 800 full-day leadership-team sessions and supported over 80 companies across Australia and internationally. My approach is practical, direct and grounded in firsthand business experience.
